4. That the sale and /or consumption of alcoholic
beverages on the premises shall be limited to beer and wine
only; and
5, That one street tree be provided and planted on
Las Tunas Drive as required by the City; and
6, That the proposed expansion shall conform to the
existing Building and Fire Department regulations; and
7, That no live musical or theatrical entertainment
shall be permitted; and
8, That all applicable City regulations shall be com-
plied with; and
9. That this conditional use permit shall expire and
be of no effect unless exercised within a period of one year
from and after the date of adoption of resolution granting
the conditional use permit; and
10. That the applicant shall file, or cause to be filed,
with the City Clerk, a document which the City may record,
which shall acknowledge that the owner of the subject property
is aware of and accepts the conditions set forth in paragraphs
1 through 9 above, and that the subject property, regardless
of any change in ownership, is bound by and subject to the
provisions of the resolution granting the conditional use
permit and the conditions contained therein.
SECTION 3, The Secretary shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution,
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 22id day of July, 1975.
I hereby certify that the foregoing. Resolution was duly
adopted by the Planning Commission of the City of Temple City
at a regular meeting held on the 22nd day of July, 1975, by
the following vote of the Planning Commission:

NOES: COMMISSIONERS: None
