Call to Order. Committee members present were Chairman John Seevers, Gordon_Eccles, Rick Harvey and Eric Hagen were hi attendance. Public Comment. No general public comment was forthcoming. II. Minutes from November 8, 2007 MC Meeting were approved III. Airport Manager's Report ➢ Current Events ➢ Winter Operations, PPR snow at night IV. Current Business ➢ Discussion of Airport Master Plan, status, letter from Mead & Hunt. Airport Manager will follow up with FAA and Mead & Hunt. ➢ Request for Qualifications and Experience, Environmental Assessment. Update on Interest. Submissions due December 13. With FAA's discussion that perhaps only moving the taxiway is a priority for them, the scope of the Environmental Assessment may change, although a consultant selection is normally valid for five years. ➢ Through-the-Fence-Status- A review meeting of November 13 was discussed. Proponents have not provided further information to the Airport Manager therefore, the progress of this item remains in limbo. ➢ Review Plat of D.E.W., Granite Lease area amendments. To be considered by City Council December 13. The additional land requested by D.E.W. was further discussed. A plat of the proposed areas to be leased will be presented at the January 3, 2008 meeting. ➢ Minimum Standards. Chairman Seevers handed out copies of a DRAFT Minimum Standards, as well as a Justification for portions of the Minimum Standards. A general discussion of the proposed Minimum Standards with participation from the audience proceeded. Lori MacNichol, Paul Jorgensen, Rik Poston, and Mike Anderson all had comments. After further discussion, it was suggested that future comments come to the Airport Manager. It was suggested that a realistic timeline for finalization of Minimum Standards be set as the first of April 2008. It was recognized that with the holiday season approaching, comments may not be forthcoming prior to-the next AAC meeting. - V. Meeting adjourned at 2:30 PM •
