Special Meeting
July 13th, 2006 — Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 1603 local with members Jerry McCauley,
Eric Hagen replacing Frankie Romero as the USFS representative, Gordon
Eccles and Chairman John Seevers present. Dan Scott was absent. Additional
persons were Rick Harvey (Airport Manager) and Councilmember Don Bailey.
10 people were in public attendance.
Business:
> Approval of the modified Exhibit "A" to the lease with Hangar Solutions.
Since the east hangar project will not require the purchase of the six
hangars, which were going to be demolished for the new taxilane, the
exhibit "A" to the lease had to be modified since these original leaseholds
would remain in effect. The AAC approved the new property description.
The modified exhibit "A" was forwarded to the city council.
➢ Presentation by Hangar Solutions on the progress of the east hangar
project. Mike Anderson gave a detailed report on the project outlining the
history, the associated site preparation costs and was able to announce
to price of the individual units. Hangar Solutions has sent their hangar
packages to the first 33 people on the hangar waiting list. Move in date
is planned for 1 November, 2006. The AAC favored continuation of the
project with full approval.
