Special Meeting Minutes
February 18, 2010
1. The meeting was called to order at 12:05 pm. In attendance were Dan Scott,
Rick Fereday, Eric Hagen, Walt Lee (committee members), and Airport Manager,
John Anderson.
2. The lease-assignment application of Hangar 102 (Manchester) to Aviation
Properties, LLC, was reviewed, with particular discussion and analysis of the 40-
year lease (May 1, 1987-April 1, 2027) being paid in full by the current lessee, the
proceeds from which were used for as city funds for a 1,000’ runway extension in
1989.
3. All questions having been answered, Rick Fereday moved that the committee
recommend Council acceptance of the application. Eric Hagen seconded.
Roll call vote: Rick, aye. Eric, aye. Walt, aye. (Dan Scott abstained.)
4. Work continued on Minimum Standards.
5. The meeting adjourned at 2:15, with the next meeting scheduled for March 4,
2010, 12 noon, at Legion Hall.
