CHAPTER 202, ENTITLED "RECYCLING PROGRAM"
BE IT ORDAINED that Section 202-3G of the Code of the Borough of Carteret is
hereby amended as follows:
Section 202-3G(3) It shall be unlawful for any person to rake, blow, or in any way
deposit leaves in any public thoroughfare other than if bagged
and placed upon curb for pick up.
