This list has been shared with landowners and the City is awaiting their response. Per FAA recommendation, the City is also seeking an attorney to provide land acquisition focused legal counsel throughout the remaining acquisition process. Nate Coyle has discussed qualifications with a series of attorneys and will be working with the land acquisition team to make a selection. Airport Hangar Lease Template Update Nate Coyle issued an update regarding a plan to provide a presentation to City Council in an attempt to define essential lease elements prior to discussing recommended changes to the City's standing airport lease template. As a part of this process, initial concerns or questions on behalf of Council will be captured and presented to the AAC for consideration prior to presentation of recommendations to Council from City Staff and AAC members. Airport CIP Update Nate Coyle provided an update to the standing CIP for KMYL. The purpose of this update was to identify the FAA's continued support for land acquisition efforts beyond the land required for relocation of the airport's parallel taxiway.
