AMENDING THE MEDINA ZONING MAP
REGARDING PROPERTY
IN SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 23
The city council of the City of Medina ordains as follows:
Section 1. The property within the city of Medina and legally described as follows:
The North 208.72 feet of the East 346.08 feet of the Northeast one quarter of the
Southeast one quarter of the Section 2, Township 118, Range 23 West of the fifth
principal meridian, except the east 40 feet thereof (the "Property").
is hereby rezoned from rural residential to suburban residential and the Medina zoning administrator is
hereby authorized and directed to cause the city's zoning map to be changed to reflect the new zoning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the city council of the city of Medina this 20 day of October, 1998.
