AUTHORIZING PURCHASE OF BLOCK 207 LOTS 5, 6 & 7
FROM CORESTATE BANK OF NEW JERSEY SUCCESSOR TO
UNITED COUNTIES TRUST COMPANY
BE IT ORDAINED that pursuant to NJ.SA 40A:12-5, the Borough of Carteret
hereby authorized the purchase of Block 207, Lots 5, 6 and 7 from CoreState Bank
of New Jersey successor to United Counties Trust Company for the sum of
$140,000.00.
