AUTHORIZING THE ISSUAP?C OF NEW TAXICAB DRIVER
LICENSES FOR TM— 2013.2014 LICENSE TERM
WHEREAS, application has been made and the proper fee paid for a TAXICAB
DRIVER'S LICENSE for Northeast Livery Service for the 2013 -2014 License
Tenn by the following:
THOMAS LIPNICKI
WHEREAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation of the
facts stated in the application and recommends that a Taxicab Driver License be
granted to for the 2013 -2014 License Term,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and is
hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's License for the 2013-
2014 License Term to Thomas Lipaicki.
Adopted this 6' day of June, 2013
and certified as a true copy of the original
