Re: Request for Extension of Rental Agreement
Dear Mr. Davis:
Our congregation, the Living Water Christian Fellowship
Church, recently signed a rental agreement to occupy the Byork
Room in Bateman Hall from June 2, 1996 to August 25, 1996, every
Sunday from the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
We would like to extend our rental agreement to the end
of the year. Our purpose for extending the rental agreement is
to allow us time to save enough money to get our own building.
Our stay in the Byork Room has been quite pleasant, and
the service of your staff has been exceptional. It is because of
our urgent need to save money, your fine accommodations and
set we would like to extend our rental agreement from
September 1, 1996 to December 29, 1996. It is our sincere hope
you will grant our request.
Respectfully,
Governor L. McDonald Jr., Pastor
