Pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law and his March 15 and March
23, 2020 Orders imposing strict limits on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting will be conducted via remote
participation to the greatest extent possible . Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the
public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting may be found on the Town' s website at www , brewster-ma . gov,
For this meeting, members of the public who wish to listen to the audio broadcast may do so via the Town of Brewster website at
httpJ/livestream . brewster-ma .gov or on Channel 18 . No in -person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, but every effort
will be made to ensure the public can adequately access the proceedings in real time via technological means . The Town has established
specific email addresses for each board and committee that will be meeting remotely so that residents can send their comments in writing

live broadcast these meetings, despite best efforts, we will post on the Town website an audio recording, transcript, or other comprehensive

the RW zoning district . The applicant seeks a Amendment of Special Permit #05 -23 under MGL 40A § 6 and Brewster
Zoning Bylaw § 17941 to change reconfigure floor layout for retail space to include original garage .
#20=06 3038 Chatham Bars Inn Farm , represented by Mr . Joshua Schiff, 3038 Main Street, , Map 101 Lot 26, in
the RM zoning district . After a successful first season of events in 2019, the CBI Farm is requesting an additional
12 events to be held at the Farm ,
ZBA Case #2040 : Applicant : Daniel J . & Kristen M . Meservey , Representative : Stephanie J . Sequin , P . E . Applicant
seeks to construct a garage with an accessory 2 - bedroom accessory dwelling unit ( ADU ) for property located at
1296 Long Pond Road , located in the RM zoning district, and on Brewster Assessor Map 84, Lot 46 . The existing
principal dwelling and proposed ADU are located within a Zone II of a public drinking water well . A Special Permit
is required pursuant to Brewster zoning bylaw 179 -42 . 2 . 6 .
