LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW BOARD
Meeting of October 23, 1996
The regular meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on October 23, 1996 in the
Cit Hall, Council Chambers. (The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p. m. by Chairperson Elizabeth Dixon.
Pledge of allegiance was conducted by Commissioner Esparza.
ATTENDANCE
Board Members in attendance were: Elizabeth Dixon. Hilarto Esparza, Henry Guidry and
David Willis.
Councilmembers present: None
Staff members in attendance. Deborah .Jackson, Anthonv Romero
Sheriff Liaison in attendance: Sgt. Walters
PUBLIC ORALS

BOARD MEMBER'S ORALS
Commissioner Guidry commended Deborah Jackson for the flyers announcing the Law
Enforcement Review Board Meetings.
Commissioner Dixon commended Depttn Haney for his idea on organizing a Business
Block Watch.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was adjourned at 6.10 p.m. to the
August 28, 1996 meeting.
