LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW BOARD
Meeting of March 27, 1996
The meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on March 27, 1996 in the City
Hall, Council Chambers. (The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 6.16 p.m. by Chairperson Elizabeth Dixon.
Pledge of'allegianee was conducted by Commissioner Irene Garcia.
ATTENDANCE
Board Members in attendance were: Elizabeth Dixon, Irene Garcia and David Willis.
Councilmembers present: None
.Staff members in attendance: Roger Haley and Tony Romero.
Sheriff Liaison in attendance: Sgt. Robert Lopez
PUBLIC ORALS
Sgt. Lopez discussed the Citizens on Patrol program.
BOARD MEMBER'S ORALS
Commissioner Dixon suggested that the C.O.P program be advertised in the Lyd4wod
`n' Perspective and that Parking Enforcement officers work during the weekend
Commissioner Garcia commended the Sheriff's Monthly Report as being very informant.
Commisioner Willis also commended the .Sheriff's Monthly Report.

April 24, 1996 meeting.
