LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW BOARD
Meeting of December 20, 1995
The meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on December 20. 1995 in the City
Hall, Council Chambers. (The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 6.15 p.m. by Chairperson David Willis.
Pledge of allegiance was conducted by Commissioner Irene Garcia.
ATTENDANCE
Board Members in attendance were: Hilario Esparza, Irene Garcia and David Willis.
Councilmembers present: Councilman Heine
Staff members in attendance: Roger Haley and Tony Romero.
Sheriff Liaison in attendance: None.
PUBLIC ORALS
None
BOARD MEMBER'S ORALS
Irene Garcia requested that the Sheriffs department have motorcycle patrols around
Lynwood due to problems with traffic blocking Fire mtcks from going to the problem
areas.
Mr Haley informed Mrs. Garcia that due to lack of monies, the City cannot afford to
hire Sheriff's on motorcycles.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was adjourned at 6.25 p.m. to the
January 24, 1996 meeting.
