ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 4t SECTION 30
OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED that Chapter 4, Section 30 is amended as
follows:
A. Established. There shall be a Board of Health in the
Borough, which shall consist of seven (7) members. The
members of the Board of Health shall be appointed by the
Mayor with the advice and consent of the Council. Members
shall be appointed for terms of four (4) years. Appointments
to all vacancies shall be made in the same manner as the
original appointments and shall be for the expired term
only.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance renders all
previous amendments to this chapter and section null and
void.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that all other sections of this
Chapter not hereby amended shall remain in,full force and
effect.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall take effect
upon passage and publication as provided by law.
