Lynn seconded. The motion passed. Eric’s Report: One additional worker was hired in Dec. to help with plowing. The greens are looking good in spite of the weather. Some trees were lost due to the heavy snow. These will be removed when the weather allows. Dog poop continues to be a problem. The plan is to add more signage encouraging people to be more diligent and stating that there is a $50 fine. Eric has contacted Idaho Power for a bid to replace the clubhouse windows with double pains. Snow bike races during carnival week will again be held on the golf course. The plan is to again have a float in the parade. Luke Crawford and Ben Reeder are running the restaurant. The clubhouse got a lot of use during Dec. Eric explained that he is now potting young replacement trees before they are placed out on the course. Allan had nothing to report. Roger talked about the latest Life‐Time Raffle project. Tickets are $50 each and 250 will be sold. The proceeds will be used to replace the clubhouse flooring. The tickets are now available and will be sold in the restaurant and pro‐shop. Nate handed out copies of last year’s golf survey. He explained that the primary reason for the survey was to evaluate patron satisfaction with Golf Pro services. He asked for comments and suggestions. One suggestion was to add a “not applicable” response to some of the questions. Roger said he thought it would be better to wait until mid‐summer to send out the survey. Most members agreed. Nate asked that further suggestions be passed on to him. LOT money was the next topic of discussion. Eric’s primary wish was for two fairway mowers. He also hoped he could again convince the Parks Department to share in the rental of a chipper. He hoped there would be some money available for cart path repairs. Roger suggested approaching the Parks/Rec Dept. about the possibility of using some of their money for repairing the paths. Eric passed out flooring samples. Discussion followed. Eric was asked to bring some larger samples to the Feb. meeting and to see if he could get a bid regarding the cost of the work. The next meeting is scheduled for Feb. 17 at 4:00. Further discussion will be held regarding the flooring. We will also discuss marketing. Meeting was adjourned.
