GCAC minutes for December approved as written. Erin presented the golf course survey questionnaire.  The items were discussed, including the order of the questions and who should be surveyed.  The survey was approved with a minor change.  Good work Erin, Thank you. Eric’s report included a review of the greens, in good shape, the paths also in good shape; the golf course to have a float in the winter carnival parade, Eric will participate in golf shows in Boise, Seattle and Spokane.  Snow bike races and snow shoe golf will take place at the golf course during the winter carnival. Cell tower application is proceeding and the estimated schedule is:  P&Z in March and to the City Council in April. LOT priority is a new sprayer (See attachment for other priorities) Nothing is being done to improve the restaurant operation. Thought is to wait until after the survey and then formulate a plan based on the survey results. The City will not sell golf course gift certificates. No one interested in writing a response to the complaints in Star news letters to the editor. 12 lifetime passes are available at $15,000 each.  Discussed looking at 10 year, 20 year and 30 year passes at different dollar amounts.  Any sales promotion for these passes should be linked to some type of special project.  Eric to follow up on details for February meeting. Meeting adjourned. Attachments: LOT priority list Discussion items for this meeting w/ Bill Logsdon’s comments.
