MCCALL GOLF COURSE FIVE YEAR PLAN
The premise behind developing a five year plan for the McCall golf course is to give a sense of
direction and insure that there is a continued growth in all aspects of the course’s operations.
The five year plan will encompass the golf seasons of 2014 through 2018 and address the
following areas of the operation.
Golf course improvements
Golf course maintenance
Golf course restaurant/lounge operation
Golf course club house
GOLF COURSE IMPROVEMENTS
2014 – Build new lady tees on 4A, 3B & 9B.
2015 – Rebuild 1 Aspen green October 2015
2016 – Extend practice putting green to the west
2017 – Build additional service bay onto maintenance shop.
2018 – Add a sand bunker to a practice area.
GOLF COURSE MAINTENANCE
2014 – Repair RR Tie wall on 5 Aspen green. Finish equipment storage building. Plant and add
irrigation to mound on Clements.
2015 – Replace trees that died on end of Range. Replace trees that have died on course. Patch
and crack seal cart paths
2016 – Replace trees that have died on course. Seal coat cart paths
2017 –Replace trees that have died on course
2018 – Pipe ditch on Driving Range

GOLF COURSE RESTAURANT/LOUNGE OPERATION
2014 – Replace flooring in restaurant and entry ways. Replace flooring and paint upstairs Men’s
Room and both restrooms downstairs.
2015 – New patio furniture. Paint restaurant. Replace flooring in upstairs Ladies Room.
2016 – Add additional walk in freezer space. Replace carpet in banquet room.
2017 – Paint and replace flooring in pro shop.
2018 – New inside furniture.
GOLF COURSE CLUB HOUSE
2014 – Paint outside of club house. Replace all florescent lighting in clubhouse with new more
efficient lights
2015 – Add lighting for front steps and parking lot
2016 – Replace heat pumps at club house
2017 ‐ Add additional storage
2018 – Replace asphalt under deck with pavers
