Members attending: Robyn Grove, JJ Johnson, Bob Giles, Eric McCormick, and Allan Morrison.
Bob Giles called the meeting to order.
The minutes from the February 13 meeting were corrected and approved as corrected.
Course Superintendent Report
Eric McCormick submitted the February superintendent’s report (attached).
Greens: Although there is some ice, everything looking OK coming into spring.
Restaurant: There will be a new stove/oven installed in the kitchen.
Golf Professional Report
Allan Morrison reported the following:
Restaurant: Closing from April 1 to May 7. Will be replacing bar, cleaning carpets, and cleaning
and updating kitchen.
Club Championship Tournament: Allan inquired about changing the date of the club
championship tournament to accommodate a “jazz on the green” promotion that would not conflict
with a McCall Music Society promotion. It was pointed out that no other dates are available, and that
this type of event would be better held on the driving range if the proper power supply was available.
New Business
Board Membership: Eric reported that Tim Swanson has verbally resigned; Eric will notify the
council of the need to fill the opening. It was agreed to postpone election of officers until these
positions are filled.
The meeting was adjourned. Next meeting is scheduled Wednesday, April 10, at 5:00 PM.
