MCGAC Minutes of Meeting
May 8, 2013
Attending: Robyn Grove, JJ Johnson, Bob Giles, Eric McCormick, Allan Morrison, and Gene Drabinski.
Bob Giles called the meeting to order.
The minutes from the April meeting were approved.
Course Superintendent Report
Eric McCormick submitted the April superintendent’s report by email (attached).
Golf Professional’s Report
Allan Morrison discussed upcoming tournaments and events. Allan stated that many courses are now
offering online registration for tee times. The existing software being used by the golf course can be
updated to accommodate this for an annual fee of $300 and a one‐time fee of $500. Allan stated he will
absorb the annual cost if the City, Men’s Club, and/or Women’s Club will absorb the one‐time fee. Gene
Drabinski stated that he felt it was important that this be implemented immediately and the cost be
worked out later. A discussion was also held pertaining to the Men’s Club annual Calcutta.
