MCGAC Minutes of Meeting
October 10, 2012
Members attending: Ben Reeder, Robyn Grove, JJ Johnson, Bob Giles, Tim Swanson, Eric McCormick, and Allan Morrison. Gene Drabinski sat in.
Ben Reeder called the meeting to order.
The minutes from the September meeting were approved as submitted.
Course Superintendent Report:
Eric McCormick submitted the September superintendent’s report (attached).
Golf Professional Report:
Tournaments: It was moved, seconded, and passed to adopt the following tournament dates in 2013: Men’s: 2-Man Best Ball June 15-16 Sat-Sun Senior Match Play June 24-26 Mon-Wed Amateu
r July 25-28 Thu-Sun 2-Man Scramble Sept. 7-8 Sat-Sun Women’s: Senior Match Play June 24-26 Mon-Wed Amateur July 22-23 Mon-Tue 2-Lady Best Ball Aug 4-5 Sun-Mon
Combined: Club Championship Aug 17-18 Sat-Sun Couples Chapman Aug 24-25 Sat-Sun
Rates: It was moved, seconded, and passed to recommend that 2013 rates remain unchanged from 2012.
Revenue: Final fiscal year revenue, year ending September 30, 2012, is $558,357, itemized as follows: Green Fees: $396,900

Five Year Plan:
Discussions were held pertaining to the existing 5-Year Plan. The primary focus, golf course improvements, will be modified to move 2012 agenda items to fiscal year 2013. An updated
plan will be made when Club House and Restaurant operations are finalized.
The meeting was adjourned. Next meeting is scheduled Wednesday, December 12, at 5:00 PM.
