Attending: Ron Noble. Robyn Grove, JJ Johnson, Eric McCormick, and Ron Weber for Allan Morrison, who joined the meeting in progress.
Ron Noble called the meeting to order. The following discussions were held:
Course Superintendent Report: (attached)
Eric McCormick submitted the monthly superintendent report (attached). Aspen, Birch, and Cedar are all open, 9 holes will be closed alternating during Monday-Thursday play; all 3 will
be open Fridays and Weekends.
Golf Professional Report:
Ron Weber reported for Allan Morrison that revenues are up compared to the same time frame last year. A discussion was held on the various rules and city ordinances pertaining to the
golf course. It was agreed that there is a continuing problem with pedestrian traffic and inappropriate driving and parking of golf carts.
Old Business: None discussed
New Business: A motion was made, seconded, and unanimously passed that: “ The golf course will create a handout, language to be determined by Eric, Ron and Allan, to go to each cart
renter and cart season pass holder explaining the rules for cart usage.”
The meeting was adjourned, next meeting scheduled Wednesday, July 11, at 5:00PM
