A. November 9th letters to K. Kessler at L.A. County requesting
and approving modifications to Title II -A, II -C and EDWAAA
programs contract matrix.
B. November 30th notice to all Contractors regarding Performance
Evaluations for the Second Quarter for the period ending
December 31, 1994.
C. December 2nd notice to Contractors regarding meeting to be
held on December 9th at Hub Cities.
D. December 2nd letter to G. Flores at L.A. County responding to
the findings in the Single Audit Act Report for fiscal year
1992 -93.
7. IN- COMING CORRESPONDENCE - (Receive and File)
A. Holiday Reception invitation from Assemblywoman Escutia
honoring community volunteers to be held on December 1, 1994.
B. November 21st letter from Simpson & Simpson notifying HCC of
monitoring visit scheduled for January 3, 1995.
C. November 22nd letter from G. Flores requesting Corrective
Action Plan for three (3) unresolved findings after review of
Audit Report. (See 6D. above)
D. November 23rd memo notifying Agencies of date change of PIC
Special Planning Committee meeting.
E. November 28th memo notifying Agencies of scheduled meeting
regarding Occupational Outlook Report for 1994.
F. November 29th memo notifying Agencies of PIC Finance and
Budget Committee meeting.
G. December 6th memo notifying Agencies of Service Providers
meeting scheduled for December 14th.
H. Community Holiday Reception invitation from Congresswoman
