McCormick, Roger Snodgrass, J.J. Johnson, Ron Noble, Robyn Richards-
Grove.

Eric and his crew punched all of Cedar and practice greens on May 12th
On May 13th they will punch the greens on Aspen and Birch.
The Golf Course came out of winter in great shape. Eric contributes that to a
vertidrain, a piece of equipment you attach to a tractor, and 20 tons of black
sand applied in the fall. There were only two greens that didn’t get the black
sand, Cedar 2 and 3 and they put an extra layer of white sand.
They have mowed Aspen/Birch greens 3 times and Cedar twice
1 & 9 Aspen 1 & 9 Birch have not been mowed yet
Eric has 14 on his crew. 13 of them have worked with him in the past and of
those, three were past Superintendents. Randy is back.
Vole damage around the tees, greens and fairways is being addressed.
Seal coat on the parking lot is planned to be done Monday, June 21.
Hoping to crack seal the cart paths before we open.
TARGET OPENING DATE To Be Thursday May 27 or Friday May 28
Allan:
The name Epicurean has been well received with a good opening.
Mother’s Day was a success with twice the number from last year.
Allan has decided to keep the restaurant closed on Monday and Tuesday
until opening of Golf Course. He will be serving breakfast on Saturdays and
Sundays only.
The Pro Shop is fully staff including two new people.
There has been 60 teams already sign up for the Two Man Scrabble
The Shepherds Home Tourney is scheduled for August 6TH
Fasnick Tournament is back at Meadow Creek August 8TH
The OPENING SOCIAL and AUCTION to be held on June 12th
It includes 18 Hole Scramble with Dinner and Auction. The fee was set at
$75 per person. Shot gun to start at 2pm. Dinner and Auction at 7pm
