6. OUTGOING CORRESPONDENCE (Receive and File)
A October 20th memo notifying HCC Vendors of meeting scheduled
for October 28th.
B. October 27th letters to M Law and J Robertson regarding
submitted claims against Hub Cities.
C November 3rd letter to K. Kessler at L.A. County regarding an
error in performance data recently submitted to the County
PIC.
7. IN- COMING CORRESPONDENCE - (Receive and File)
A. October 17th letter from PIC Member, Russell Frandsen
notifying PIC of his immediate resignation.
B. October 19th letter from Pacific Metal Craft stating that they
will not require HCC's services at this time.
C. Complimentary California Business Newsletter from the State
Assembly forwarded by Assemblywoman Martha Escutia
D October 31st letter from Employment Training Network notifying
HCC staff member that agreement for services has been
processed.
E. November lst notice from L. A. County regarding PIC Policy and
Planning Committee meeting to be held on November 17th.
F. November 7th notice from L. A. County regarding Financial and
Budget Committee meeting to be held on November 29th.
G. JTPA Bulletin number J94 -36 regarding the due dates for
submittal of JTPA Fiscal Invoices.
H. October 25th memo from G. Flores regarding Closeout Report and
Allowable Cost Principles for SYETP Program.
