A. Authorization letters mailed to Contractors to incur costs and
begin enrollments as of July 1, 1994.

A. June 30th letter from United Way inviting HCC to serve as work-
shop presenters at the "Parent Survival '94 conference being
held on July 23rd at Elizabeth Street Learning Center in Cudahy.
B. June 30th letter from L.A. County approving funding allocations
and authorizing HCC to incur program costs.
C. Memo from LA County PIC announcing appointment of Leonard Fuller
as Chairman of the Los Angeles County PIC.
