OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
BE IT ORDAINED that Chapter 42, Section 16 of the Code of
the Borough of Carteret shall be amended as follows:
B. For the purpose of this section, the Mayor shall be
designated as the Appropriate Authority as the same is
defined in N.J.S.A. 40A:14-118.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this ordinance renders all
previous amendments to this chapter and section null and
void.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that any other section of this
Chapter not hereby amended shall remain in full force and
effect.
BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED that this Ordinance shall take effect
upon passage and publication as provided by law.
