SUBJECT: BOARD REORGANIZATION
The Lynwood City Code 18 -5.3 Annual Election of Chairman states: "Annually, on
or before May 15, the Board shall elect from among its members a Chairman to serve
for one (1) year "
Therefore, as the next regularly scheduled Personnel Board meeting is May 18, it is
appropriate at this time to elect a Chair and Vice Chairperson to assume said roles at
the May meeting.

SPECIAL MEETING OF THE PERSONNEL BOARD
CITY OF LYNWOOD
MARCH 22, 1995
A special meeting of the Personnel Board of the City of Lynwood, California was held
on Wednesday, March 22, 1995, at 5:00 p m in the Council Chambers of the
Lynwood City Hall, 11330 Bullis Road, Lynwood, California. The agenda was duly
posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.
CALL TO ORDER
Chairperson Bell called the meeting to order at 5 p.m. Roll call was taken by
Yolanda Delgadillo, Administrative Aide. Commissioner Nancy Gilpen was absent.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Led by Commissioner Acosta - Gonzalez.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
The motion was made by Commissioner Lewis and seconded by Commissioner Litke
to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of March 16, 1995 All in favor
Motion carried
STUDIES & REPORTS
The motion was made by Commissioner Acosta - Gonzalez and seconded by
Commissioner Lewis to approve the closed promotional examination for the positions
of St. Maint. Worker and Laborer. All in favor Motion carried

ADJOURNMENT
Commissioner Litke made the motion and Commissioner Acosta - Gonzalez seconded
to adjourn to the next regular meeting scheduled for April 20, 1995 5 p m All in
favor Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 5 p m.
