HomeMy Public PortalAbout306CITY OF MEDINA ORDINANCE NO.306 AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows: SECTION I: The property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby rezoned from Rural Residential to Agricultural Preservation. SECTION II: This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 5th day of January, 1999. The moratorium, which is scheduled to last one year, would allow an opportunity for the planning commission and city coun- cil to complete the amendment of the comprehensive plan and related ordinances prior to permitting development of this property.
