ORDINANCE NO.306
AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM
RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO AGRICULTURAL PRESERVATION
The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows:
SECTION I:
The property legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto is hereby rezoned from Rural
Residential to Agricultural Preservation.
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 5th day of January, 1999.

ORDINANCE NO.306 AN INTERIM ORDINANCE
PROTECTINGTHE PLANNING PROCESS
REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN
_PROPERTY IN THE NORTHEAST ,
QUADRANT OF THE CITY '
The City Council of the City of Medina has adopted-
-Ordinance No. 306.,The ordinance establishes a morato-
rium on accepting, reviewing or considering any appli-
cation for subdivision, zoning or other development of the
Elwell property (as referenced by the county property
identification numbers below) prior to completion of the
review of the citys comprehensive plan. The moratorium,
which is scheduled to last one year, would allow an
opportunity for the planning commission and city coun-
cil to complete the amendment of the comprehensive plan
and related ordinances prior to permitting development
of this property. The full text of Ordinance No. 306 is
available at Medina city hall during .regular business
hours.
