ORDINANCE NO. 306 AN INTERIM ORDINANCE
PROTECTING THE PLANNING PROCESS
REGARDING THE DEVELOPMENT OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY IN THE NORTHEAST ,
QUADRANT OF THE CITY
The City Council of the City of Medina has adopted
Ordinance No. 306. The ordinance establishes a morato-
rium on accepting, reviewing or considering any appli-
cation for subdivision, zoning or -other development of the
Elwell property (as referenced by the county property
identification numbers below) prior to completion of the
review of the citys comprehensive plan. The moratorium,
which is scheduled to last one year, would allow an
opportunity for the planning commission and city coun-
cil to,Lomplete the amendment of the eomprchcn�ivc plan
and related ordinances prior to permitting development
of this property. The full text of Ordinance No. 306 is
available at Medina city hall during 'regular business
hours.
