Subject: Video Production Course For Commissioners
After careful consideration of staff time and your personal schedules, we have decided that
the most effective way to respond to your request is to have video production training
during each monthly commission meeting. Using the meeting time for course instruction,
no one's schedule will conflict with training and everyone is together at the same time.
The video production course will begin this meeting. Every fifteen to twenty minute
course will include a presentation from Ron Roberson about the technical aspects of video
production, handouts, and a five minute question and answer period. This format will
allow everyone to learn during the meeting and on your own time with the handouts.
If any Commissioner would like to receive more extensive video production training, feel
free to join the Adult Cable Production Workshop held every Monday evening.
Thank you for your cooperation.
