McCall Public Library Board of Trustees Meeting
Tuesday, September 20, 2011
The meeting was called to order at 4:05 P.M.
In attendance: Ed Hershberger, Anne Kantola, Lynn Lewinkski, Nancy Butler and Jacki Rubin.
The minutes were approved as presented..
Director's Report:
Budget and Stats: All reports appear in order.
Staff: All staff is doing well. Have had good news from Meg and family who are settling well in
Thailand.
Friend's Report: The Friends are currently reviewing requests for Library needs.
Old business
Policy Manual : Anne presented the revised circulation section for our editing.McCall's Birthday:
New Business:
Overdues and Fines: Anne is fine tuning the procedure manual for final editing and
review.
Board Member Term: When a Board member term expires and note of interest is given if the intent
is to stay on.
Loose Ends: None at the moment.
Adjournment: 5:05 P.M.
Our next meeting is scheduled Tuesday, October 18, at 4 P.M.
