Call to order: 9:05 am
Attendance : Anne Kantola, Bob Giles, Lola Elliot, Jacki Rubin, Traci Malvich, Sean Gould, Ed
Hershberger, and Lynn Lewinski.
Presentation by Gene Drabinski.
Adjourn to:
Executive Session to consider personnel matters [Idaho Code § 67-2345(1) (a) & (b)]
Return to Open Session: 11:45 am Ed motions, Lynn seconds, that we adjourn for lunch with oral yea
vote given by Lola, Jacki, Sean, Ed and Lynn.
12:50 pm Lynn motions, Lola seconds, that we adjourn to Executive Session to continues personnel
matters as noted above with oral yea vote given by Lola, Jacki, Sean, Ed, and Lynn.
3:50 pm Lola motions, Sean seconds, that we adjourn from Executive Session to Open Session, with oral
yea votes given by Lola, Jacki, Sean, Ed, and Lynn.
Ed motions, Sean seconds, that by unanimous vote the Library Board recommends we offer the selected
candidate the job of Library Director, pending official process to be determined and completed by Traci,
the Human Resource Director.
Adjournment: 4 pm
Next Board Meeting: Thursday, September 18, at 10:30 am in the Library Conference Room.
