Expansion committee will conduct interviews and Library Board would attend. Ideally interviews are conducted in person. Andy suggest we add a link to the City of McCall Downtown Master Plan. Sending out RFP - websites, sending to firms, John doesn't think we should send out nationally. Godfrey emailed Larry that he looks at different directories that post RFPs, is contacted personally without a RFP, costs about $2000 for his firm to put together a bid. Discussion about whether to advertise nationally or just send out to the seven we know we know who has done work in Idaho, post on city websites, and in the newspaper. Make a motion that we put our RFP on a national consultant directory - Bill, 2nd Karen. John opposed. New Business Aspirations of committee for upcoming City "campus plan" workshop - city hall, transit, annex Meg - Nate will do a powerpoint and when the slide referring to the library comes up, a library representative will have an opportunity to speak. The Library Board would like to show a long term vision of the Library lot, maximizing the space. The Board says if the library is sharing space with the city, that that is looked at with a long-term vision about future space needs for the city as well. Coherent, efficient use for now and into the future. Short-term - the city has funds that they need to use relative to the annex. The city staff will be making their recommendation to the City Council regarding the Annex.
