Special Meeting of November 15, 1995
The Special Meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on November 15, 1995 in
the City Hall, City Manager's Conference Room. (]he agenda was duly posted as prescribed by
the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 5 15 p.m. by Commissioner Hilario Esparza.
Pledge of allegiance was conducted by Commissioner Irene Gracie.

Board Members in attendance were: Hilario Esparza and Irene Garcia.
Councilmembers present: None
Staff members in attendance: Roger Haley and Tony Romero.
Sheriff Liaison in attendance: Sgt. Robert Lopez
