McCall Public Library Board of Trustees Meeting

Conference Room l 12:00 PM
Call to order: 12:15 pm
Attendance: Lynn Lewinski, Ed Hershbergerl Gene Drabinski, Bob Giles, Jacki Rubin, Anne Kantola, Traci
Malvich, and Lola Elliot.
Discussion and implementation of steps to be taken to post and evaluate applicants for the position of
Library Director. Traci presented the brochure she had created and facts about prior financing to fill
positions. Funding needs to be addressed to bring in interview prospects, assist in moving expenses, et
all. This was not discussed when Anne originally gave notice.
The Library Board unanimously approves the brochure and plan presented. We are very appreciative of
the support and services the City offers the Library.

Our next meeting is scheduled for Aug. 7, 2014 at 9:00 AM in the Library Conference Room.
