LAWENFORCEMENT REVIEWBOARD
Meeting of October 25, 1995
The regular meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on September 27, 1995, in
the City Hall Council Chambers. (The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 6.02 p. m. by Chairperson David Willis.
Pledge of allegiance was conducted by Commissioner Irene Garcia.
ATTENDANCE
Board Members in attendance were: Elizabeth Dixon, Irene Garcia, and David Willis.
Councilmembers present: Councilman Louis Heine
Staff members in attendance: Roger Haley and Tony Romero.

The minutes of the September 27, 1995 regular meeting were read and approved as
distributed
ANNOUNCEMENT
Due to the upcoming holidays there world be a rescheduling of dates. Please see the

PUBLIC ORALS
Councilman Heine announced the Ground Breaking ceremony to be held October 26,
1995 at the old Lucky site on Atlantic at 12: 00 p.m.
BOARD MEMBER'S ORALS
Elizabeth Dixon announced a Block Party to be held at Niland Street on Saturday
October 25, 1995.
