LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW BOARD
Meeting of August 23, 1995
The regular meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on July 26, 1995, in the
City Hall Council Chambers. (The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 6:05 p. m. by Chairperson David Willis.
Pledge of allegiance was conducted by Commissioner Hilario Esparza.
ATTENDANCE
Board Members in attendance were: Elizabeth Dixon, Hilario Esparza, 'Henry Guidry and
David Willis.
Councilmembers present: Concilman Louis Heine
Staff members in attendance: Roger Haley and Tony Romero.
SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
Irene Garcia was Sworn in and introduced as the new Law Enforcement ReviewBoard member
MINUTES
The minutes of the Judy 26, 1995 regular meeting were read and approved as distributed

Concilman Heine congradulated Irene Garcia on her appointment as the new Board
member.
