LAW ENFORCEMENT REVIEW BOARD
Meeting of December 28, 1994
The regular meeting of the Law Enforcement Review Board was held on December 28, 1994, in
the City Hall Council Chambers. ('The agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
The meeting was called to order at 6.1 4 p.m. by Chairperson David Willis.
Pledge of allegiance was conducted by Commissioner Hilario Esparza.
ATTENDANCE
Board Members in attendance were: Hilario Esparza, Henry Guidry, David Willis.
Councilmembers present: Councilman Louis J Heine.
Staff members in attendance: Tony Romero
Sherrifs Liason. None
Also in attendance was: David Hampton, Youth Commissioner.
PUBLIC ORALS

BOARD MEMBER'S ORALS
Mr Esparza wished everyone a Happy New Year
Mr Guidry also wished everyone a Happy New year and gave thanks for his business cards.
Mr Willis gave his appreciation to the grafifti team and gave thanks to Councilman Heine for
the great job they are doing.

Mr Heine explained that he had nothing to do with the graffiti removal this time and added that
20% ofgraffiti activity went down in the City of Lynwood.
Mr Guidry also commented on the graffiti program on excellent the program is.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 6.27p. m. to the February 22, 1995
regular meeting.
