MINUTES OF THE FEBRUARY 13, 1995 MEETING
The regular meeting of the Community Cable Access Advisory Commission of the
City of Lynwood was held February 13, 1995 at the Lynwood Cable Studio.
(The Agenda was duly posted as prescribed by the Brown Act.)
Chairperson Bill Lewis Jr. called the meeting to order at 5.30 P.M.
Commissioners in attendance were Bill Cunningham, A. Ann Fields, Ada McZeal,
Bill Lewis Jr., and Ethel Pacheco.
Staff present were Johonna Jacobs - Howard, Ron Roberson and Serena Coulson.
Commissioner Cunningham motioned to approve the minutes of the January 13,
1995, meeting as stated. Commissioner Pacheco seconded the motion.
I. SCHEDULED MATTERS
A. Video Production Course for Commissioners #5
Commissioner Lewis asked that the Video Production Course 45 be
presented. Staff person Howard stated that the Video Production
Course #5 is on the agenda in error. Therefore, Commissioner Lewis
asked if whether there would be the Video Production Course 45 at
this meeting. Staff person Howard answered no.
B. Preview of Lynwood Showcase 966
Commissioner Lewis asked that Lynwood Showcase #65 and #66 be
shown. Staff person Roberson stated that Lynwood Showcase #66 is
the current showcase and that Lynwood Showcase #65 is airing now
Commissioner Lewis stated that the agenda should be corrected by
omitting Lynwood Showcase 965, he asked the Minutes Clerk to
make corrections on the agenda and that the Commissioners will
view Lynwood Showcase #66 Staff person Roberson stated we
are going to view the Stand -by Tape as well. Commission Fields
asked, staff person Roberson if it is possible to do this. Staff person
Howard stated the reason the Minutes Clerk has Lynwood Showcase
#65 and #66 on the agenda is because she is under the impression
that it was Lynwood Showcase #65 that we would be viewing and
that Lynwood Showcase #66 was to be the Stand -by Tape.

The viewing of Lynwood Showcase 966 included the
following program segments:
1. Lynwood Activity Center
2. A Moment in Lynwood History
3. Entrepreneur Academy /Global Contractors
4 St. Francis Medical Center /Trees given to Lynwood
5 Annual Soccer Awards
6. Lynwood Lady Nights/Basketball Team
7. Inductee of Wall of Fame/Dr Ross Miller
Commissioner Lewis stated that the format of the Lynwood
Showcase was different; he also stated he liked the Lynwood
Showcase and that it was a change of pace and refreshing.
Commissioner Fields stated that staff person Roberson slowed the
showcase down which was perfect; she also stated she enjoyed it.
All the Commissioners liked and enjoyed the Lynwood Showcase.
Staff person Howard stated that she enjoyed the Lynwood Showcase
and that it was an excellent showcase.
C. Preview of Lynwood Stand -by Showcase
The viewing of Lynwood Stand -by Showcase included the
following program segments:
1. Kenneth Hahn
2. Royal Pat Store /Opening
3 Harvey's Barber Shop
4 Frontier Market Warehouse
5. Lynwood Beautification Award
6 Market Place of Lynwood/Opening
7 Lynwood All City Track Meet
8. City of Lynwood Seniors Program
The Commissioners liked the Lynwood Stand -by Showcase and
Commissioner Lewis stated it was a job well done.

II. PUBLIC ORALS
A. Staff person Roberson introduced the Adult Cable Production
Workshop students to the Commissioners.

Commissioner Lewis welcomed the Adult Cable Production
Workshop students that sat in on the meeting. He stated on the
behalf of the Community Cable Access Advisory Commission we
thank you for your interest and participation as students in the Adult
Cable Production Workshop.

ACCESS ADVISORY COMMISSION MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT
