RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 412 -188
CANCELLING AND WAIVING FEES FOR INNIPROVENIENTS
DUE TO HURRICANE SANDY
WHEREAS, on December 6, 2012, Resolution 412 -188 entitled "Cancelling and
Waiving Fees for Improvements to Residential Owner- Occupied Properties Due to
Hurricane Sandy" was adopted by the Mayor and Council; and
WHEREAS, Resolution #12 -188 inadvertently omitted reference to non - profit, religious
and charitable organizations; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret wish to amend
Resolution #12 -188 to include non - profit, religious and charitable organizations.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that Resolution #12 -188 is hereby amended to include non - profit, religious
and charitable organizations.
BE, IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution shall take effect immediately
