Home My Public Portal About91-152 (10-01-91)RESOLUTION NO. 91 -152 ' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF- THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE REAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS TO COVER ENCUMBERED — PURCHASE ORDERS OUTSTANDING AT THE END OF THE 1990 -91 FISCAL YEAR WHEREAS, purchase orders were issued and invoices had not been received for goods and services prior to year -end; and WHEREAS, certain fund transfers are needed to cover the carry -over of expenditures (transfers -out) and funding (transfers -in) for Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) for Fiscal Year 1991 -92; and WHEREAS, it is necessary to reappropriate funds to cover payment of outstanding encumbrances for year ending June 30, 1991.
