HomeMy Public PortalAbout308CITY OF MEDINA ORDINANCE NO.308 AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 825.53 TO THE CITY CODE RELATING TO PRINCIPAL USES The City Council of the City of Medina Ordains as follows: SECTION I: A new section 825.53 is hereby added to the Medina code of ordinances as follows: 825.53. Principal Use. No lot or parcel shall contain more than one principal use unless permitted by planned unit development under section 827.25 of this code. Advertising signs shall be considered the principal use of the lot or parcel upon which they are located. Nothing in this section shall be deemed to make advertising signs a permitted or conforming_ use. For purposes of this section only, agriculture shall not be considered a principal use. SECTION II: This ordinance shall become effective upon its adoption and publication. Adopted by the City Council of the City of Medina this 2nd day of March, 1999.
