A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE APPROPRIATION OF
FUNDS TO MEET THE COSTS OF A PHOTOCOPYING
MACHINE FOR THE RECREATION & PARKS DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Recreation and Parks Department is in need
of replacing the photocopying machine; and
WHEREAS, Staff has researched the replacement of this equipment;
and
WHEREAS, Council is aware of the importance of this equipment
to the Recreation and Parks Department; and
WHEREAS, Replacement of the equipment can be accomplished
through lease agreement;
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 That the City Manager is authorized to make necessary
arrangements for the lease and maintenance of a Kodak Ektaprint 90ESS
Photocopier
Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon
to adoption:
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 5th day of November
