A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY OF A STRIP OF LAND 14 FEET IN WIDTH,
LYING WITHIN TRACT NO. 2 OF PARTITION OF A PORTION OF
THE HOME TRACT OF ANTONIO MARIA LUGO AND MARIA GERMAN
LUGO BEING A PORTION OF RANCHO SAN ANTONIO, PER
DISTRICT COURT CASE 3590, COURT FILE 116, AND BEING A
PORTION OF OSCAR TOWER 40.37 ACRE ALLOTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by granting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, utility easement of a strip of land 14 feet in
width, lying within Tract No. 2 of Partition of a Portion of the
Home Tract of Antonio Maria Lugo and Maria German Lugo being a
portion of Rancho San Antonio, also commonly known as 3798 Martin
Luther King Blvd., has been analyzed and approved by the City
Engineer;
Section 2 . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
the easement documents.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council grants a utility easement
to the
Southern California Edison Company, as designated:
'
A (Fourteen feet wide) strip of land described as
follows: COMMENCING at the centerline intersection of Martin
Luther
King Boulevard being 100 feet wide and Bullis Road being
65 feet
wide, as said intersection now exists; thence South 19
00' 30"
West along the said centerline of Bullis Road a distance
of 272
feet; thence North 71 15" West a distance of 41 feet,
more or
less, to a point in the northwesterly right -of -way line
of said
Bu•1 - -lis Road, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of said strip; thence North 71 15" West a distance of 18
feet.
Section 2 . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute
the easement documents.
