A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
GRANTING A UTILITY EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
EDISON COMPANY OF A STRIP OF LAND LYING WITHIN LOT 128
OF TRACT NO. 15209.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has
determined that the easement is necessary for the convenience,
welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest
of the City shall be served by granting the said easement; and
WHEREAS, utility easement of a strip of land lying
within lot 128 of tract no. 15209, also commonly known as 11330
Bullis Road, has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1 . The City Council grants a utility easement
to the Southern California Edison Company, as designated:
(1) A (Five feet wide) strip of land described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the Easterly line of Bullis Road 65 feet
wide as now established and distant North 19 0 23' 44" East 340.00
feet from the most Southwesterly corner of lot 128; thence
South 70 0 34' 07" East 210 feet; thence North 66 25' 53" East a
distance of 82 feet to point A.
(2) A (Ten feet wide) strip of land described as follow:
Beginning at point A North 70 0 34' 07" West of 15.00 feet.
Section 2 . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute the easement documents.
