A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY PROPOSING AN AMENDMENT TO
THE ZONING CODE OF TEMPLE CITY RELATING TO PARKING
OF TRUCKS ON R -ZONED PROPERTIES.
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. After notice and Public Hearing, the Planning Com-
mission recommends adoption of proposed ordinance as set forth in
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The Planning Commission finds that this ordinance
is appropriate to:
1. Properly protect R -coned property against encroachment by
noisy, unsightly, and business -like activities; and
2. Be consistent with the General Plan; and
3. Be consistent with the truck route regulations
of Temple City.
SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
APPROVED and ADOPTED this 28th day of June, _977.

held on the 28th day of June, 1977, by the following vote of the Planning
Commission:
