A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO WILLIAM HAHN
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $46,596.00
FOR THE BULLIS ROAD STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT
WHEREAS, the Bullis Road Street Lighting Improvement
Project, No. 5 -5131, is scheduled for completion during fiscal
year 1991 -1992, and is financed by the Street Lighting Fund; and
WHEREAS, the bid opening was held on February 20, 1992,
and William Hahn Electric Contractor was the lowest responsible
bidder at $46,596.00; and
WHEREAS, a reference check has revealed that the
company has the necessary experience.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . That the contract for the Bullis Road Street
Lighting Improvement Project, from Platt Avenue to Imperial
Highway, Project No. 5 -5131, be awarded to William Hahn Electric
Contractor Norco, California for their low bid of $46,596.00.
Section 2 . That the Mayor is hereby authorized to
' execute the agreement between the City of Lynwood and William
Hahn Electrical Contractor.
Section 3 . This resolution shall take effect
immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of
March , 1992.
