RESOLUTION NO. 87-111
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING AND AGREEMENT
FOR CONSULTING SERVICE WITH DEVELOPMENT
AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION THEREOF
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood desires
to obtain the services of a planning consultant to assist in the
preparation of the Request for Proposals for the revision of the
General Plan; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Development and
Management Services is a qualified consultant with the experience
and qualification necessary to provide expertise and assistance
to the City of Lynwood.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim and resolve as follows:
Section 1 . The Agreement to prepare the Request for
Proposals for the revision of the General Plan is hereby approved.
Section 2 . The amount appropriated for these services
will not exceed $7000.00.
Section 3 . The City Manager or his designee is authorized
to execute the Agreement.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7 day of July
1987.
