A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
- CENTURY BOULEVARD FROM ABBOTT ROAD TO
ATLANTIC AVENUE
WHEREAS, on February 17, 1987, the City Council authorized
staff to advertise for bids for the Street Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, a bid opening was held on March 19, 1987 and
Copp Contracting Inc. was the low bidder; and
WHEREAS, the construction was started on April 23, 1987
and completed on June 5, 1987; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project and found that it was
complete in accordance with plans and specifications, and
WHEREAS, with a change order of $21,000 the final
construction cost is $105,000.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood
does hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1 : That the City of Lynwood accepts the Street
Improvement Project as being complete in accordance with contract
documents.

Section 2 : This resolution shall go into effect
' immediately upon its adoption. '
